Terms of Use

1. Use of the app

TCG Vault is a trading card collection manager and price tracker. You must be at least 13 years old to use it, and users under 18 need a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

2. Account and data

A unique identifier is generated to link your collections, preferences and subscription status to your use of the app.

3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

3.1 Premium subscription

Premium unlocks features such as unlimited scanning, price history charts, multiple collections and marketplace links.

3.2 Plans

Weekly and yearly billing options are available; prices are shown before purchase.

3.3 Free trial

Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

3.4 Billing and renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

3.5 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through the App Store; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no partial refunds.

3.6 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Card data and pricing

Prices come from third-party sources — TCGplayer, Cardmarket and 遊々亭 — and are for information only. They are not financial advice. Third-party marketplace terms apply independently.

5. Card scanning

Text recognition identifies cards; accuracy varies with card condition and lighting. Camera images are processed on-device, only extracted text is sent to our servers, and images are not stored server-side.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 App content

The app and its content are owned by Appcellent and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

6.2 Trading card content

Card names and images belong to their respective publishers (Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast, Konami and others) and are displayed under fair use.

6.3 Your content

Your collections and notes remain yours; you grant Appcellent a limited license to process them to provide the service.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering the app.
• Using bots or automated scripts.
• Accessing other users’ data.
• Commercially exploiting the app’s data without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is”, without guarantees of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

Appcellent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold Appcellent harmless from claims arising from your use of the app.

11. Termination

Appcellent may suspend or end access to the app at any time, with or without notice.

12. Changes to these terms

Updates are shown by a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

14. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the rest of these terms remain in effect.

15. Entire agreement

These terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Appcellent.

16. Language

These terms are published in several languages for convenience. Where a translation differs from the English text, the English version prevails.
