This policy explains how Appcellent Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Appcellent”, “we”) handles personal data in the TCG Vault iPhone app and on tcgvault.io.

Information we collect

Provided by you

Account identifiers, collection data (cards, quantities, conditions, notes) and preferences (games, currency, notifications).

Collected automatically

Device information, usage patterns, purchase data and analytics.

Camera and card recognition: images are processed on your device. Only the recognized text is sent to our servers to identify the card; camera images are not stored.

How we use your data

To operate the app, manage your collections, process purchases and send notifications you have allowed.

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers above, when the law requires it, as part of a business transfer, or with your explicit consent.

Retention and security

We keep data while your account is active or until you ask us to delete it. We use security measures to protect it, although no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

Legal basis (EEA/UK, GDPR)

We process data on the basis of contractual necessity, consent, legitimate interest and legal obligation.

TCG Vault is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we hold data from a child under 13, we delete it.

Your data may be processed outside your home country.

This website

tcgvault.io is a static website with no accounts or forms. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. We use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks on the download buttons; it sets cookies in your browser.
